Dear Friends:

Thank you for supporting the Fisher House Benefit Golf Outing events for the past six years. Due to the incredible support the events have received from both participants and volunteers, we have been very successful in our mission of raising awareness, funds, and complete work towards establishing a more formalized entity: a Fisher House 501(c)(3) for the State of Wisconsin.   

We are here to announce that through combined efforts a 501(c)(3) has been established for the State of Wisconsin on behalf of the Fisher House Foundation. This newly developed committee, called Fisher House Wisconsin, Inc. (FHW), is the recognized entity for Wisconsin-based Fisher House Foundation activities. Therefore, our Fisher House Benefit Golf Outing committee will cease to exist, and because of the development of the newly formed committee for this year, we will not hold a Fisher House Benefit Golf Outing. FHW will be coordinating all of the calendar events, and we look forward to future participation.

We encourage you to continue supporting the Fisher House Foundation as our ultimate goal is to have a Fisher House built in the State of Wisconsin. The Fisher House Foundation has plans to eventually build a Fisher House on the grounds of the Clement J. Zablocki Veterans Affairs Medical Center here in Milwaukee.
